Client: Alberta Association of Immigrant Serving Agencies (AAISA) Jan – March, 2020, Strategic Planning Project

  • Facilitated the process of building a strategic plan for 2020-25.

Client: AAISA, Winter 2018, Developing a Strategic Plan for a Newly Formed Collaboration of Provincial Associations

  • Facilitated the process of developing a strategic plan for the recently formed professional development committee for settlement workers of the PNT region, (Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba and NWT).
  • Created the organization’s action plan to implement the new 4-year strategic plan. Researched and developed the measurements for the balanced scorecard to reflect the new strategic plan

Client: AAISA, June – July 2017, Enhanced Development of Strategic Plan, Logic Model & Measurement Plan

  • Enhanced AAISA’s Strategic Plan – goals, objectives and action plan to receive approval from the Board by providing greater clarity, context and details. This analysis included a review of previous surveys and focus group data to complete a PEST, SWOT and GAP analysis.
  • Developed a Logic Model Framework from the 2017-2020 strategic plan’s priorities, objectives and initiatives and incorporated information from each team and then created a Measurement Plan.

Client: CCIS, 2017, Development of Action Plan from the Strategic Priorities and objectives in the Strategic Plan

  • Created a relevant, realistic and flexible action plan to ensure buy-in and participation of all members of the organization. The action plan included steps to achieve each objective.

Client: AAISA, Nov. – Dec. 2017, Development of Action Priorities from Settlement and Integration Summit

  • Summarized and analyzed feedback from stakeholders from across Alberta and Canada who attended the 3-day summit to discuss emerging priorities facing Alberta’s settlement and integration sector.
  • Created significant themes, ideas and information that were shared among stakeholders in order to frame the priorities for the sector moving forward. Detailed the information in a report and constructed an Action Plan for AAISA to tackle the issues.

  • Created a project plan for the Sector Compensation Project Review of Language Providers.
